We ship within Australia only.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders under $150 are $9. Orders $150 and over are $15.

Our First Production Run Anatomica Sandals are sold at a reduced price reflecting minor cosmetic variations disclosed on the product page. 

Returns and size exchanges to be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging.

Return postage is at your cost. For exchanges, we will cover the postage on the replacement pair.

To initiate a return or exchange log in here or email hello@anatomicorelabs.com.au with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 5 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@anatomicorelabs.com.au.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Full Price Items($285 and above)

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or size exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging so they are available for resale.

To initiate a return or size exchange log in here or email hello@anatomicorelabs.com.au with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return postage is free for full price items ($285 and above) - a return shipping label will be provided once your return is accepted.

Change of mind returns are not available on gift cards.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. If your sandals have a functional defect unrelated to the disclosed cosmetic variations, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.

In the rare instance of sole edge separation within 6 months of purchase, we will cover the cost of a local shoe repair.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at hello@anatomicorelabs.com.au if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.
