30-Day Window

Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return for eligible items. 

Condition of Items

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 

Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including sealed boxes, branded dust bags, and shoe boxes. 

Exclusions

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, Anatomicore Labs will repair, exchange, or refund the product, provided it is within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 4 months of purchase for shoes). 

Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email, is required for all returns.
