The ANATOMICA Sandal features the ANATOMICORE™ footbed — a contoured, bio-based EVA footbed designed to support foot posture and help redistribute stresses & strains during standing & walking.
With clinical-grade arch support, a deep heel cradle and supportive foam footbed geometry, ANATOMICA is made for people who want more from their everyday footwear — whether they already wear orthotics, experience foot discomfort, or simply want a more supportive alternative to conventional flat sandals.
Easy to wear from workdays to weekends, travel and everyday walking, the ANATOMICA combines biomechanical support with a clean, versatile sandal design.
The sandal can also be customised to suit individual foot requirements, including shaping of the toe area and the addition of heel lifts or arch support pads where appropriate.

First Production Run
This first production run has some minor cosmetic finishing issues, including cracking of the edge paint used on some strap edges. These cosmetic issues do not affect the structural function of the sandal or ANATOMICORE™ footbed.

Anatomica Sandals fit true to European sizing.
If you're between sizes, we recommend going smaller. Multiple adjustable straps allow you to fine-tune the fit for wider feet or higher insteps.

At the core of every ANATOMICA Sandal is a clinically engineered orthotic footbed and EVA midsole system — the same cushioning technology found in performance running shoes. Together, they're shaped to do something most footwear doesn't attempt: guide your foot into its optimal functional position through every step.
The clinically contoured orthotic footbed cradles your arch, heel, & forefoot to encourage a more 'neutral' foot posture. This posture is further complimented by the built-in heel pitch & rocker profile to reduce strain on joints, encourage a more natural gait, and help shift the load off problem areas — so you can walk further, stand longer, & move with less effort.

ANATOMICA began with a simple frustration.
Founder Dr Narelle Wyndow (PhD) could not find everyday footwear that combined good design with the level of biomechanical support she wanted for her patients — or for herself.
