Foot Recovery Bundle
Support your feet. Restore their function.
The Foot Recovery Bundle is built for people who want more than cushioning. It combines the clinically designed ANATOMICA sandal with targeted tools to actively improve foot mobility, muscle function, and daily comfort at home - a complete foot care routine in one bundle.
The ANATOMICA sandal, built around the ANATOMICORE orthotic footbed, provides a stable, biomechanically informed base that supports better foot posture during everyday wear. The cork massage ball mobilises the transverse arch and stimulates the intrinsic foot muscles - the small, often underworked muscles that govern toe control and load distribution. The toe splay restores spacing and alignment between the toes, improving the line of pull of the intrinsic and extrinsic toe muscles so strengthening exercises are more effective and the foot functions more naturally. Premium socks add warmth, and a hygienic barrier for home use.
WHATS INCLUDED?
- ANATOMICA Sandals - Podiatrist-designed with the ANATOMICORE orthotic footbed for clinically informed arch and heel support. Bio-based EVA midsole, stitch-free microfibre uppers, slip-resistant rubber outsole, and a back strap to secure the foot so the toes can relax and engage naturally.
- Cork Massage Ball - Targets the transverse arch and plantar intrinsic muscles. Roll slowly through the ball of the foot and midfoot for 1 - 2 minutes per side to release tension and restore forefoot mobility.
- Toe Splay - Gently mobilises the joints of the toes (the metatarsophalangeal & interphalangeal joints), improves muscle alignment to the toes, and supports more effective foot strengthening. Can be worn during rest, rehab exercises, or with the ANATOMICA sandal. Not for use during sleep
- Premium Socks (Your Choice), Injinji Wool Crew Toe Socks (individual toe sleeves, merino wool) or Steigen Performance Socks (Seamless construction for superior comfort).
Complimentary canvas shoe bag included.

COMPLIMENTS ORTHOTIC THERAPY
The Foot Recovery Bundle is designed to work alongside orthotic therapy, not replace it. The ANATOMICA sandal helps maintain foot alignment between clinic appointments, while the cork ball and toe splay actively support the mobility and muscle function that orthotics alone cannot address. Suitable for patients with foot osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, and general foot posture concerns.
